fundamentally deploying cultural changes, and challenging the status quo are increasingly
becoming constant concerns for organizations and businesses that want to operate, grow,
and remain comfortable with their future.
This training invitation aims to review, improve, and bolster your organization’s digital
transformation strategy, bringing you to the forefront of processes and emerging trends that
inform today’s digital transformation approaches. Whether at the peak, in the middle, or at
the early stages of your strategy, this training will transform your business and strongly
position you in the right trajectory for a successful future.
Upcoming / On-going programmes:
These are those programmes that will be offered on a monthly basis and as often as individual organizations and clients seek them, either on a scheduled or need basis. Synergy has established a strong panel of professionals, distinguished leaders, legislators and business leaders who are resource persons for these continuous programmes.
1. Cooperatives and Saccos Programmes
This financial sub-sector being one of Synergy’s core areas, various programmes on governance and leadership are continually offered. To mitigate on the negative effect on membership growth occasioned by collapse of several investment companies and groups, a lot of support must be extended to Saccos and cooperatives because of the crucial economic roles that they play at household level. Synergy will remain committed to this sector through offering various training programmes and solutions in collaboration with SASRA, Ministry of Cooperatives and other established private sector firms and partners such as Centum Group, Fusion Group and other such distinguished entities who partner with us.
2. Corporate Governance /Integrity Management Programmes shall continue being offered across State Corporations, Private Sector Corporates and enterprises and other significant organizations because this is a great area of need and concern not only in Kenya but also in the region. Synergy Development Systems shall continue partnering with relevant state organs, international partners and civil society in entrenching democratic values through various programmes, mechanisms and interventions which are contextualized.
3. County Governments (Executive) & County Assemblies Training Programmes
These include legislative programmes, sector based (committee) targeted programmes for specialized groups within the county assemblies, leadership and Governance, improvement of oversight roles and ethical and value-based leadership. Other training needs in the county governments in areas of technical competencies, leadership and public administration will also be available.
4. Skills Training and Development
