Synergy Development Systems Limited grew as an offshoot of Lynka Communications Limited, a training, publishing and multi-media communications business started in 2002.

With the emergence of Devolution in Kenya, new opportunities emerged in the communications and capacity development sector where the firm was anchored before as Lynka Communications. The firm saw a need for Training and Development of Human Resource, Leadership Development and Governance, Communications for Business and Development- which came in as new business for training, conferences, leadership Summits and symposiums for, and on behalf of various sector players including government and private sector entities.

Other than government and parastatals, Synergy’s other target sectors for training, conferencing and related endeavours include: –
